EL MIMBRE...
It is located at 50 km. from Ocampo, Coahuila. Colinda with Hacienda La Reforma, Ejido La Reforma, Los Laureles, hacienda San Blas y El berrendo.

The headquarters are located at El Mimbre. There are 2 worker houses separated from the main house. The main house has 3 bathrooms, a great room, dining room, and kitchen, fire place, 3 bedrooms that sleep 8-12 persons and a beautiful patio. The second house is for guests, and has 4 bedrooms with bathrooms, fireplace, dining room, living room, kitchen, pool table, and TV room and sleeps 8 persons. The third guesthouse can sleep up to 8 people. A complete Horse stable with tack rooms, and shipping pens is behind the hanger. Between the house and the hanger is a grassed area with a large gazebo for eating, games and a BBQ fireplace combo. A warehouse/barn, workshop for repairs, 2 farm tractors, 1 D5 dozer, and an enclosed generator building that provides energy for the entire headquarters. The Jet hangar has a taxiway to the 2.5-kilometer landing strip and all is paved.

The water infrastructure includes: 4 large earth tanks, 8 small earth tanks, 7 windmills, 2 hand pump water wells, and 3 wells that are electric pump driven. On the mountain side is a 1 million liters concrete tank, 1" pipe all over the ranch that fills metal and plastic drinking rings for the animals.

It has 495 Acres with 8' game fence for and another 495 Acres with the posts ready to be fenced. There are two cleared pastures for cattle grazing. The ranch can easily support a 1200 head cattle operation.

Hunting includes: TROPHY DEER, BEAR, JAVLENE, QUAIL, MOUNTAIN LION, TURKEY, BEAR, AND DOVE.

In conclusion this exclusive ranch is set up for hunting, entertaining and a working cattle ranch operation. All furnishings, decorations, equipment, trucks, quads and improvements are included (no jet). The ranch is approximately a 6 hr. drive from the U.
